Redell Canada

Redell Canada passed away peacefully in his residence on 4/25/2019.

Redell Canada was born in Waverly, Alabama on May 26, 1930 to Lethan and Lula Pearl Canada. He was educated in the Alabama school system and eventually relocated to the Des Moines, Iowa area where he became self employed as a Cement Mason. You can find evidence of his trade all through Des Moines, Altoona, and the Grimes in the form of the landmarks, that he himself built. Redell was a very busy man, and didnt believe in idle hands. He also enjoyed tinkering with cars in his spare time; when he wasnt playing his guitar. A music lover, his favorite thing to listen to was the Down Home Blues. Redell was also a card shark, he loved to gamble on the card table and was very good at it. He was a very family oriented man and loved spending time with his grandkids. He will be deeply missed and never forgotten.

Redell's service will be May 3, 2019 at 12 noon at Henderson Highland Park Funeral Home.Viewing
