Shilliam Church of God in Christ307 Shilliam Ave.Waterloo Iowa, 50703And I Herd a voice From Heaven saying unto me, Write blessed are the dead which die in the Lord. For Hence forth: Yea saith the Spirit that they may rest from there labor: And there work do follow them. God in his all wise Providence is to wise to make a mistake. So we the Pastor and Members of Shilliam Church Of God In Christ Do bow our heads in humble submission as he has called Sister Sandra Wilkins Carter from labor to reward. Most people look upon death as a dark and gloomy thing without one redeeming quality, but the death of the righteous is like lowering clouds that sought out the sun at noon day, it has a bright side. Death to a Christian is moving out of this dark cold world into eternal daylight to the bereaved family may God help and sustain you in your dark hour. Asleep In Jesus Oh How Sweet From which none never wakes to weep.Pastor Elder Marshall StevensonChurch Clerk: Mother Verlene Stevenson

I was so glad that I was able to spend time with Sandra in 2010 when she and her mother (Muh) attended my mothers services. We had a chance to talk and reminisce about old times. We talked about her ministry and service to the Lord. We also shared precious moments together at the Iowa Days together last summer. As I reflect on the memories of Fremont St I will always remember her and the bonds that all of our families shared. She will be truly missed by many and will live on in our hearts. My prayers for strength and comfort go out to all of the family and friends. May God be will you all.Zoe A Walden Jacobs/ Indianapolis, IN
